Our managing partners are Alexander Frasco and Greg Bogdan. Both are CPA's who have been in public accounting service since 1977; each holds an MBA in taxation. They combine the expertise and breadth of experience found in the national CPA firms (having 12 years of "Big Six"firm experience between them) with the personal service and cost-effectiveness of a smaller firm.
Our firm comprises professionals who are experienced in all of the technical areas of taxation and accounting. We work well with a variety of people and understand that tax and accounting work require a depth of knowledge in business and finance, as well as an awareness of human problems; this requires us to be skilled at listening, answering questions, and addressing concerns in lay terms.

STEP 3 Turn left on FREMONT ST heading northwest.
STEP 4 Turn left on HOWARD ST heading southwest.
STEP 5 Turn right on 2ND ST heading northwest.
STEP 6 Turn right on MARKET heading east.
FROM MARIN:
STEP 1 Take the GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE south.
STEP 2 Continue on HWY 101 (HWY 101 becomes VAN NESS AVENUE).
STEP 3 Follow VAN NESS AVENUE to BUSH ST.
STEP 4 Turn left on BUSH ST heading east.
STEP 5 Turn right on MONTGOMERY ST heading south.
STEP 6 Turn left on MARKET ST heading east.
FROM PENNINSULA:
STEP 1 Take HWY 101 north.
STEP 2 Take the I-80 exit towards BAY BRIDGE (BUT DO NOT TAKE THE BAY BRIDGE).
STEP 3 Take the FOURTH ST exit toward EMBARCADERO.
STEP 4 Turn slight left onto BRYANT ST.
STEP 5 Turn left onto 2ND ST.
STEP 6 Turn right on MARKET ST.
